The snow may have stopped; but the cold temps are here, at least this morning.

As you step out the door to work or school today, expect temperatures around 10 degrees.

Before the day is done, we’re expecting a high near 30. 


The Norwalk Reflector is reporting that a deceased person found in Toledo on Tuesday matches the description of a missing teenage boy from Huron County.

17-year-old Western Reserve student, Damian Henning, was last seen on Sunday leaving his job at Kalahari Resorts. 

Various reports say the car he was driving, a yellow Ford Mustang, has not been found.

Western Reserve Schools are bringing in grief counselors today to support students.


A chain-reaction-crash in heavy snow on the Ohio Turnpike has left a Medina woman, dead.

Cierra Brown was 21.

The Highway Patrol says, the crash happened yesterday morning, and involved 16 vehicles near the border of Cuyahoga and Summit counties.


Excavation work on Plank Road in Norwalk this week will close down the road to drivers, starting today.

The city says to look for road closed and detour signs through Wednesday, November 27th.


A reminder to drivers to stay alert and aware during November, the leading month for deer-vehicle crashes in Ohio.

Huron County Public Health says that in Huron County from 2015 through 2017, there were close to 800 total deer-related crashes, for an average of more than 250 annually.

Of those crashes, nearly half occurred from November through December. 

Last November, nearly 3,800 incidents involving deer occurred on Ohio roadways.


Once again this year, Lorain County Clerk of Courts Tom Orlando is accepting unwrapped toys for his 5th annual Marine Toys for Tots campaign.

Toys may be dropped off through December 12th, at the Lorain County Justice Center in downtown Elyria, and Auto Title and Passport Offices in Amherst, Elyria, Lorain and North Ridgeville.


The Norwalk Area United Fund’s weekly ‘Dine Out’ fundraiser continues today.

A portion of today’s sales at The Pizza Post in Norwalk will go towards the United Fund’s 2020 campaign.
